The Market, in partnership with Worden Farm, is held in a unique outdoor environment at The Sarasota Polo Club, surrounded by open space.
Established to be a sustaining influence in the community’s connection to the land for generations to come.
To integrate local purveyors into the fabric of the Lakewood Ranch community; to serve as a social and educational resource for the community; and to encourage all members of the community to make healthy lifestyle choices particularly in regard to the food we eat, our relationships with home and the activities we participate in.

2017 - 2018 member pick-up instructions: CSA shares are available for pick-up at The Market at Lakewood Ranch each Wednesday, December 6 - April 18, from 3 - 7 pm in the Pavilion at the Sarasota Polo Club. All shares not picked up prior to market closing, at 7 pm, will be donated to a well-deserving home or charity.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) = Organic Veggie Box
Think of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) as a food subscription: pre-purchase a “share” of the harvest, then pick up your organic veggie box each week (December - April).
You Pay the Farm → Farmers Then Grow Food → You Pick Up Your Organic Veggie Box Each Week → See Your Neighbors and Farmers, Know Who Grows Your Food
Who is Worden Farm?
