This year's parade celebrated the timeless charm of West Coast Florida living, craftsmanship, and imaginative designs that have become synonymous with Manatee and Sarasota counties.

Awards were presented to 19 models by 15 different builders in 10 unique villages throughout Lakewood Ranch. Homes in various price points and sizes received top honors for their floor plan, curb appeal, primary suite, kitchens and architectural detailing.
