LAKEWOOD RANCH ADDS NEW NEIGHBORHOOD TO COUNTRY CLUB EAST

Lakewood Ranch is proud to announce the addition of its newest neighborhood, Haddington, located in Country Club East.
The gated community will feature private roads, including its own transponder-controlled “residents only” gate, paver sidewalks, lush community landscaping, and upgraded landscape requirements for all residences.
“We are very excited about our newest addition in Country Club East,” said Jimmy Stewart, vice president of sales for LWR Communities. “With our existing inventory of home sites in Country Club East being over 90 percent sold, the introduction of Haddington is perfect timing for our Country Club product, given the recent market turn around.”
The neighborhood is comprised of 76 home sites, including 39 62-foot and 37 76-foot sites; 31 sites have extensive views of Lake Royal. All sites are amenitized, many with water and southern exposure. Neighborhood amenities include three gazebos for gathering and relaxing – two with waterfront views – and a kayak launch.
Homes will range from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet, with home and home site packages beginning in the high $400s. Haddington’s five approved builders are Arthur Rutenberg-Nelson Homes, Taylor Morrison, John Cannon Homes, Paradise Homes, and Gibraltar Homes.
Cammie Longenecker, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison West Florida, said building in the new neighborhood will complement the company’s current partnership with Lakewood Ranch in Esplanade and Camargo. “The luxury homes we will build in Haddington will be based on our most successful design series,” she said. “We have found that our signed sales contracts have increased this year and this location will certainly allow us to continue.”
The builders will begin construction of the five new waterfront models in mid-June, with completion scheduled for fall of 2012.
